Our client is seeking an experienced Support Officer / Operations Administrator to join their busy operations team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a varied role where you'll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of operational and sales support activities. About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include: Preparing quotations and processing customer purchase orders. Coordinating internal sales and operational administration. Maintaining ERP and business systems with accurate data. Supporting contract administration and compliance activities. Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams. Assisting with reporting, forecasting and project administration. Providing general administrative support across the business. About You To be successful, you will have: Previous experience in an operations, sales support or administration role. Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. Experience using ERP systems (SimPRO experience highly regarded).
