In Memorium Productions are an industry leader in the provision of Audio-Visual Services and Memorial Stationery to the Adelaide Funeral industry. We require a Print Manager to oversee the design, production and distribution of Memorial Stationery in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. What you’ll be doing: · Receiving, consolidating and distributing orders to a graphic design team. · Proof reading artwork proofs, forwarding to clients and following up for job approvals · Liaising with the graphic designers and the printer to ensure the quality of products is of the highest standard · Managing a large volume of daily orders, and coordinating distribution across the Adelaide metropolitan area · Setting price structures on a yearly basis, negotiating purchase prices from suppliers · Regular interaction with funeral directors via email and phone About you: · Experience in the printing and/or funeral industry would be beneficial, but not essential. · Exceptional customer service and ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers is a must · Must be able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks at once, and deliver on short timelines · Ability to handle a large volume of emails and phone calls · Take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work with a strong eye for detail · Opportunity to develop new products to present to clients · Are reliable, punctual and self-motivated If you’re looking for a hands-on, fast-paced role that you can showcase your customer service skills, we’d like to hear from you.
