Highly developed management, organizational and customer service skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high level of initiative, and ability to work as part of a team. Experience in office management and administrative support systems including reception, human resources and occupational health and safety. Experience with General Practice software systems. Knowledge of RACGP Practice accreditation standards. Well developed computer literacy and IT skills. Ability to develop and implement new systems throughout the practice Key Responsibilities Managing a large clinical and reception team. Overseeing the daily management of the practice. HR management responsibilities. GP Registrar and medical student administration Management of budgets, accounts and payroll. Management of PIP and WIP payments. Maintaining accreditation standards and compliance with current legislation, and regulations, including National Privacy Principles.
