What you will do As facility assets and support officer, you will provide front desk and administrative support at the Barwon Precinct Statewide Services Building. You will help keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting the facility and assets team. You will: provide friendly concierge and front desk services. receive deliveries and direct visitors to the right area. complete accurate data entry for prison maintenance requests. provide reliable administrative support to the facility and assets leadership. help support the efficient operation of the Barwon Precinct Statewide Services Building. About you A Certificate II in Business, or an equivalent qualification, is desirable but not required. You should also have: strong administration and computer skills. good problem-solving skills and sound judgement. confident communication skills and a polite, professional approach. well-developed skills using Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
