As a result, we are expanding our Project Administration team and are looking for a Project Administrator to join us in our Geelong Office. Key Responsibilities Coordinate administration across the full project lifecycle Support project setup, procurement, and delivery phases Assist with scheduling, reporting, and documentation Manage project compliance, permits, and approvals Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and track actions Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders Provide general project and office administrative support About You You’re an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a busy, team-based environment.
