This is a week days only (Monday to Thursday) and day time job (8am to 6pm). Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and manage high-hydration dough (80%), including shaping • Shape and process Pala Romana bases to consistent weight, size, and quality standards • Package finished bases, apply labels, and prepare orders for dispatch Requirements: • Hands-on experience with high-hydration dough (A MUST!) What’s on offer Location: O’Connor Employment type: casual, part time & full time position available for the right candidate after probation Pay: very Competitive, based on experience. 32-36$/hr for the right candidate. ⏰ Hours: possibility of 2 days (20 hours) or 4 days (40 hours) a week, work Monday to Thursday from 7-8am to 5-6pm Product: only Roman Pala pizza bases, high hydration (80%) No sponsorship available at this stage I’m looking for someone reliable, keen to grow, and willing to develop further within the company.
