At Elements Aesthetics & Wellness Co, we’re looking for an experienced professional who can confidently balance advanced skin treatments with front-of-house reception duties. About the Role This is a dual-role position where you’ll spend your time providing advanced skin treatments while also supporting our reception team. No two days are the same, and you’ll play an important role in ensuring every client enjoys a five-star experience. Please note: Availability to work Thursday evenings and Saturdays is essential. Flexibility to assist with additional weekday shifts and leave cover will be highly regarded. Your Responsibilities Perform advanced skin consultations and treatments. Recommend and prescribe appropriate home care products. Deliver exceptional customer service at every client interaction. Manage reception duties including greeting clients, answering phones and responding to enquiries. Book appointments and manage diaries using Timely. Process payments and assist with retail sales. Maintain presentation and cleanliness of treatment rooms and reception. Work collaboratively with our passionate team. What We’re Looking For Qualified and experienced Dermal Therapist. Previous reception experience within a cosmetic, skin or wellness clinic. Strong working knowledge of Timely software is essential. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Professional presentation with a warm, friendly personality. Confidence in retail recommendations and educating clients on treatment plans. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
