We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to establish and lead a newly refocused procurement function within a complex, purpose-driven Commonwealth Government organisation. The Opportunity This newly established role is as a result of growth of the procurement function. It will provide strategic oversight of procurement and contract management activities across the organisation. Reporting into a senior executive, you will lead a team of procurement and contract management professionals while developing contemporary procurement practices, governance frameworks and sustainable operating models. You will have the opportunity to: Establish and mature procurement policies, frameworks and processes. Lead, coach and develop a team of procurement and contract management professionals. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Experience providing strategic advice to senior executives. Ability to navigate complex environments while maintaining a collaborative approach. Strong written communication skills, including the preparation of executive-level documentation and briefings.
