Part-Time Administration Support (9:15am–2:30pm) Business Innovations | Phillip, ACT We’re a well-established boutique accounting and bookkeeping firm in Phillip seeking an experienced Administration Support professional to join our friendly team. This is a part-time role working 9:15am–2:30pm (school hours) , ideal for someone returning to the workforce or looking for meaningful work that fits around family commitments. About the Role You’ll play an important role in supporting our accountants and clients, including: Answering phones and managing emails Scheduling appointments and processing mail Downloading information to assist with client tax obligations Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients and accountants Maintaining accurate client records (individuals, trusts and companies) Assisting with general office tasks as required You’ll be trusted with responsibility and client interaction in a supportive, professional small-team environment. About You Minimum 2 years’ administration experience (accounting firm experience highly regarded) Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Confident and professional phone manner Comfortable working both independently and within a small team Experience with Xero, FYI, Microsoft Office and ATO Portal desirable Why Join Business Innovations?
