JL MCFADZEN DIESEL SERVICES is currently on the lookout for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join the team in our Welshpool head office. Play a key role in supporting our busy operations while building your career in a supportive team with opportunities for long-term growth. About the role: Coordinate travel, accommodation and site-specific mobilisation requirements for our site support and field service teams. Liaise with employees, subcontractors, clients and suppliers as required. Manage and update the roster system accurately. Process timesheets and assist with payroll-related administration. Book vehicle services and maintenance repairs as required. Ensure documentation is accurate, current and maintained in accordance with company procedures. Support management with data entry, document control and general administration tasks. About you: Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative, mobilisation or customer service role. Strong Microsoft Office skills across Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with INX, Xero and Humanz software highly regarded but not essential. A positive, professional, and can-do attitude with strong customer service skills. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
