About the Role As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the sales team while assisting with a range of marketing and customer communication activities. No two days will be the same. One day you may be preparing sales documentation, the next you could be helping create social media content, coordinating customer communications or assisting with an industry event. This is a genuine entry-level opportunity with training and support provided. Key Responsibilities Sales Support Assist with quotations, sales documentation and customer records Maintain customer databases and CRM information Prepare and distribute sales reports Support customer enquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team member Assist with processing sales orders and administration Marketing Support Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters Help coordinate content across social media platforms Assist with website updates and online enquiries Support the development of marketing materials and promotional content Coordinate photography and content collection from projects and customer deliveries Assist with customer testimonials, case studies and company updates Events & Administration Assist with trade shows, exhibitions and customer events Maintain accurate records, files and documentation Assist with reports and presentations Provide general administration support to the wider business About You You don't need extensive experience. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, willingness to learn and strong organisational skills.
