Office located within the CBD | Join a busy environment with variety in your role Attractive hourly rate | Join a leading national busines Commence ASAP | Initial temporary role with longer term potential Position Description Reporting to the Credit Manager and working in a close-knit finance team, the role will include but not be limited to: Manage debts that fall outside payment terms Overseeing a debtor’s ledger of national accounts Flagging matters with delayed payments Providing monthly statements to clients Maintaining accurate and comprehensive debtor file notes Weekly and monthly reporting to the Credit Manager Meeting monthly collection targets Ideal Candidate The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role, as well as the following attributes: Prior experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer, ideally within professional services High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills both written and verbal High level numeracy and reconciliation skills Strong organisation and time-management skills Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook The Organisation Our client is a highly respected professional service organisation with a national presence.
