About the Role Process end-to-end payroll in accordance with relevant legislation, awards, and company policies. Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee information, leave balances, and payroll amendments. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of salaries, superannuation, and statutory obligations. Interpret and apply relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and payroll legislation. Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting requirements, and audit activities. Provide prompt and professional support in responding to payroll-related enquiries from employees. Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience processing end-to-end payroll in a large complex environment. Experience working with large payroll systems. Sound knowledge of award interpretation and payroll compliance. Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, processes, and best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritise competing deadlines, work independently, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
