About the Role As our Schedule Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the business by coordinating technicians, managing customer bookings, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate daily work for plumbing technicians. Manage incoming service requests via phone, email and online bookings. Optimise technician schedules to maximise efficiency and minimise travel time. Liaise with customers regarding appointment times, delays and job updates. Monitor job progress and make real-time scheduling adjustments. Coordinate urgent and emergency call-outs. Work closely with management and field staff to ensure outstanding customer service. Maintain accurate job records using scheduling and CRM software. Assist with general administration and operational support as required. About You You'll be someone who: Has previous scheduling, service coordination or administration experience (trade industry experience highly regarded). Is highly organised with exceptional time management skills. Can confidently multitask in a busy environment. Has excellent communication and customer service skills. Is proficient with computers, servicem8 experience highly desirable Learns new software quickly. Remains calm under pressure and enjoys problem-solving.
