The role You will start in a hands-on carpentry / leading hand role while working closely with our experienced supervisors and licensed builder. Over time, you will be developed into the supervision side of construction, with full mentoring and support. This role is ideal for someone who still enjoys carpentry, but knows they want more responsibility and a longer-term future in construction leadership. About you We are looking for someone who: is a qualified carpenter has experience in domestic building , ideally renovations and extensions wants a long-term opportunity , and to grow with the company has their own tools and vehicle Experience leading others such as working with an apprentice or dealing with trades will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
