Role Description This is a full-time role for a Civil Designer based in our Burleigh Heads office on the Gold Coast with alternative hybrid arrangements available upon negotiation. The role includes but is not limited to: Design and drafting of water, sewer, stormwater, civil and urban development infrastructure projects across Australia Continuous input into the development of design and drafting systems Opportunity to lead and grow a team What you will bring to the team: 5 years experience in design and drafting of Civil, Sewer, Water and Stormwater projects Expertise in Civil3D and AutoCAD Strong attention to detail and commitment to drawing quality Familiarity with SEQ Code, WSAA, and local authority standards (highly regarded) Why HMP Diverse project work across South East Queensland and beyond A close-knit, high-performing team five minutes from the beach at Burleigh Heads Real input into how we work — your ideas will shape our systems, not just follow them] Flexible working arrangements We're currently only able to consider applicants with Australian working rights who also meet the qualification requirements for the role.
