About the role Duties/Responsibilities: For Distribution Manager Design efficient distribution strategies to meet customer demands Lead and manage a diverse distribution team, including drivers, warehouse and administrative staffs; set performance goals, provide guidance, and assess team performance regularly. Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and shorter delivery times; create and manage delivery schedules that align with customer expectations. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards; maintain accurate records of regulatory compliance. Manage the distribution budget to control expenses without compromising service quality. Resolve customer service issues, deal with customer concerns, and prepare responses to customer issues and problems. Coordinate resources to align with overall company strategies; take action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends. Evaluate employee performance, provide disciplinary action as required. Duties/Responsibilities: ICT Business Analyst Collaborate with construction staff to gather and document business and system requirements. Analyse workflows and site processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Support the implementation of digital tools to enhance project management, scheduling, procurement, and reporting. Apply project management methods to plan, resource, and oversee ICT initiatives. Develop and execute system testing, ensuring solutions meet construction-specific needs. Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers. Use data and process modelling to design practical, efficient system solutions. Act as a key advisor and information source throughout technology projects. Duties/Responsibilities: For Accountant Prepare, examine and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information and trends, for internal decision-making purposes Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations Maintain accounting controls and provide advice Benefits and perks Great salary package ($75,000 to $125,000) will be rewarded to the right candidate.
