The Opportunity As a Senior Consultant, you will work directly with the Partner and Global Mobility leadership team to deliver high-quality tax and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be given meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to develop both your technical and commercial skills within a growing practice. This role is suited to a self-starter who enjoys client interaction, takes ownership of their work and is looking to progress their career in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day client engagements and deliverables Preparing Australian income tax returns for inbound and outbound expatriates Preparing Fringe Benefits Tax returns and related calculations Preparing hypothetical tax and tax equalisation calculations Assisting with Australian entry and exit tax briefings Advising on Australian tax issues affecting internationally mobile employees Assisting with shadow payroll matters and employer compliance obligations Conducting technical research and preparing written advice Liaising directly with clients, assignees, HR teams and external advisers Supporting Partners and Directors on advisory projects and client engagements Contributing to technical publications, thought leadership and practice development initiatives Assisting in mentoring and supporting junior team members About You We are looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with excellent communication and client service skills.
