About the role This temporary position will see you supporting the day-to-day financial operations across a diverse property portfolio. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will ensure accurate reporting, compliance and timely completion of month-end processes during a busy period. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end property accounting, including income and expense management Monthly reporting, reconciliations and variance analysis Preparation of budgets and forecasts Management of AP/AR processes and tenant accounts Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements About you To be successful in this role it is essential to have Previous experience in a Property Accountant or similar role Strong understanding of month-end, reconciliations and reporting Experience working with property systems (e.g. MRI, Yardi, Manhattan or similar) Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment What's in it for you?
