Supporting our business management systems documentation development and maintenance. We're looking for a detail-focused Quality Business Partner join Nationwide Group on a 12-month parental leave contract. In this role you’ll work with stakeholders across the business to develop and maintain documentation to Quality System requirements, ensuring business information is accurate, up to date and easy for teams to access and use. This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll support documentation development, version control, system administration and process consistency across the organisation. Build thorough documentation content, apply content governance and utilise latest technology systems. Be exposed to all operations across the business, ensuring compliance to business rules and good information management practice. What you'll be doing Develop, maintain and update business documentation, utilise Quality templates and preserve records. Manage document socialisation, approvals control processes including and version control. Administer and maintain SharePoint content, including site page design and creation, content management, as well as documentation storage and accessibility. Assist with preparing and maintaining business records for audits and compliance activities. Coordinate updates to Quality system documentation, including policy, processes and support documents across the business. Support stakeholders to ensure consistent use of documentation templates, application of content business rules and effective use of technology systems. About you Experience in quality system administration, coordination or document control roles. Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on information accuracy and consistency. Experience in managing controlled documents, applying Quality system templates and preserving records in a business environment. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple documentation requests, updates and deadlines. Confident working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and following structured system processes. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially MS SharePoint, MS Word and MS Teams. Desirable: Experience with MS SharePoint or document management systems.
