In this role, you will work closely with leaders and managers to deliver high-quality HR advice, coaching and solutions that support business performance and workforce outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping culture, strengthening leadership capability and driving initiatives aligned to Ventura’s People & Culture Strategy. The Role Based at our Dandenong Head Office, you will partner closely with leaders and managers to deliver practical, high-quality HR solutions that support business performance and workforce outcomes. This is a hands-on role where you will provide expert advice across employee and industrial relations, coach leaders on people matters, and drive initiatives aligned to Ventura’s People & Culture Strategy. You will play a key role in shaping culture, strengthening leadership capability and supporting a high-performing, engaged workforce. The tasks of this role are wide and varied. To give you taste, specific duties may include: Provide expert advice on ER/IR matters, investigations and compliance Support leaders through performance, disciplinary and grievance matters Assist with Enterprise Agreement processes and stakeholder engagement Build strong relationships with leaders across the business Coach leaders on people management, performance and engagement Support onboarding, exits and employment lifecycle activities Drive performance review processes and development planning Lead employee engagement initiatives and action plans Support diversity and inclusion programs and reporting Contribute to building high-performing, customer-focused teams Support workforce planning and labour forecasting activities Deliver monthly HR reporting and insights (turnover, diversity, etc.) Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions Lead and support HR projects, programs and initiatives Assist with organisational change, transformation and culture initiatives Partner with leaders to embed new processes, systems and ways of working What you will need Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role Strong knowledge of Employee & Industrial Relations Ability to influence, coach and build strong stakeholder relationships Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive, solutions-focused approach and sound judgement What Ventura Can Offer You Key role influencing culture, leadership and business outcomes Work within a supportive and collaborative People & Culture team Opportunity to lead meaningful projects and organisational initiatives Stable employment within an essential services industry Access to employee benefits including Samsung and Medibank discounts Be part of a business that is investing in its people and future Our Culture At Ventura, our people are at the centre of everything we do.
