Due to continued growth and investment in their people strategy, an exciting opportunity has become available for a commercially focused Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs. About the Role: Partnering closely with operational leaders across manufacturing, supply chain and corporate functions, you will play a critical role in driving people initiatives, building leadership capability, and supporting a high-performing workforce. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic manufacturing environment where no two days are the same, balancing both strategic business partnering and hands-on HR responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to provide proactive HR advice and support across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organisational development. Coach and develop leaders on people management best practices. Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities. Lead and contribute to HR projects and change management initiatives. Provide guidance on performance improvement, disciplinary matters, investigations, and workplace issues. Assist with talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs. Analyse workforce trends and provide insights to support business decision-making. Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, Awards, enterprise agreements, and company policies. Collaborate closely with operational teams across manufacturing and supply chain functions. About You: Previous experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or HR Manager. Experience working within FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or other fast-paced operational environments. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations practices. Demonstrated experience partnering with frontline and operational leaders. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong coaching, problem-solving, and relationship-building capabilities. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
