You'll become a trusted right hand, managing complex schedules, anticipating priorities and ensuring Partners can focus on delivering exceptional client service. You will be proficient in the following responsibilities: Complex diary management, coordinating internal and client meetings across multiple time zones Proactive inbox management, monitoring emails, prioritising requests and drafting correspondence Managing domestic and international travel arrangements Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents, presentations, pitches and client correspondence Billing and financial administration, including daily timesheets, editing narratives, reviewing WIP, submitting billing guides, processing expenses and liaising with the Revenue and Finance teams Matter management including matter inception, document management and maintaining accurate filing systems Liaising confidently with clients, stakeholders and internal teams Coordinating meetings, events, business development activities and roadshows Providing high-level administrative support to Partners and their wider teams Do you have the following skillset? Previous experience supporting a Partner or senior legal team as a Legal PA Outstanding diary and inbox management skills Experience with billing systems and legal software (iManage, Elite 3E, Aderant or similar advantageous) Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Word formatting, Outlook and PowerPoint Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities Strong attention to detail and a proactive, forward-thinking approach Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional manner Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Apply below or contact Annabel Reeves on 0416 313 122 or areeves@mjdrecruitment.com.au for a confidential conversation.
