About the role: You will work across a mix of construction, property and strata-related matters , such as: Building defect claims. By-law and levy recovery matters. Construction, property, strata and owner’s corporation disputes. Professional negligence claims involving building and construction issues. Attend NCAT, court proceedings, mediations and settlement negotiations. General advisory work for strata, property and construction clients. The ideal candidate: Have at least 2-3 years’ post admission experience in construction, property, strata or general litigation. Strong drafting skills and an eye for technical detail.
