The organisation is a global professional services firm delivering end‑to‑end solutions across the planning, delivery, and operation of complex-built environments. It works with leading hyperscale's, technology companies, institutional investors, and government clients to develop and manage mission‑critical infrastructure, including large‑scale data centres and digital infrastructure assets. The Role You will lead the successful delivery of complex, large-scale infrastructure projects, primarily within the data centre and digital infrastructure sector. This role will see you working closely with international clients and multidisciplinary teams to drive projects from planning through to execution and operational handover. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across all phases (planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning) Act as the primary client interface, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and satisfaction Oversee project governance, including cost, programme, risk, and quality management Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, and client representatives Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and reporting frameworks Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolution Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards Support commercial management activities including procurement strategy, contract administration, and negotiations Drive continuous improvement and innovation across project delivery methodologies Ideal Background Experience delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure or construction projects (data centres, digital infrastructure, commercial or industrial projects highly regarded) Proven track record working with tier-one clients, developers, or contractors Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycles within mission-critical or fast-paced environments Experience working within a consultancy, client-side advisory, or professional services environment Exposure to hyperscale data centre projects or highly technical builds will be highly advantageous Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different geographies and disciplines Currently holds a Baseline or NV1 security clearance Qualifications & Skills Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline Professional certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, RICS, or equivalent) preferred Strong knowledge of project controls, contract management, and risk management practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and financial performance Highly organised with strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
