The Gig An exciting opportunity is now available for an Estimating Manager to lead a national estimating function while remaining actively involved in the preparation of complex tenders. Reporting into the senior commercial leadership team, you'll work closely with operational, commercial and business development teams to develop pricing strategies, review methodologies and prepare competitive submissions across a diverse portfolio of industrial projects. While leadership is a key part of the role, this is far from a desk-only management position. You'll continue to apply your estimating expertise to major tenders while mentoring and developing your team. Success in this role comes from balancing leadership with technical delivery. You'll help drive consistency across estimating practices, identify commercial risks early, strengthen estimating capability across the business and contribute to securing technically challenging projects across industrial, demolition and remediation sectors. Extensive estimating experience within industrial project environments Previous demolition, decommissioning or remediation estimating experience Proven experience leading and developing estimating teams Strong first principles estimating capability Excellent commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple tenders while maintaining quality and accuracy Experience across heavy industry, mining, infrastructure or other technically complex project environments will be highly regarded.
