RDOs and very little weekend work. Plenty of builders talk about work-life balance, but this business backs it up. This role suits a Site Manager who likes running their own projects without unnecessary layers or distractions. Someone who takes pride in delivering quality builds, keeps projects moving and knows how to get the best from subcontractors while maintaining a positive site culture. The first project is an education build in Melbourne's West valued up to $10m. With clear scope, realistic timelines and strong support around you, it's the type of project you can establish properly from day one and drive through to completion. Beyond that, there's also a healthy pipeline of similar work secured. The company is well-established with a steady stream of repeat work and long-term clients. People tend to stay because they're supported, trusted and treated like part of the wider team. You'll have direct access to experienced Directors and PMs who are available when needed but won't be looking over your shoulder. The systems are modern, the processes are practical and the technology is there to make site administration, safety and inductions more efficient, allowing you to focus on project delivery rather than paperwork. To be considered, you'll have proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial projects of a similar size and complexity. Experience within the education sector will be well regarded. The salary is up to a $200k package, depending on your experience. Apply directly via SEEK. No polished resume? No problem.
