About the Role This position is ideal for a hands-on technician, service professional looking to leverage their technical knowledge in a commercial environment. You'll spend the majority of your time providing technical support and after-sales service, while gradually developing your sales and account management skills through customer visits and relationship building. Key responsibilities include: Providing technical support and troubleshooting solutions Delivering after-sales support for industrial equipment Building strong customer relationships and providing ongoing support Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts Conducting customer visits across NSW (occasional interstate travel) Demonstrating products and supporting the sales team Attending industry events and trade shows as required About You You'll be someone who enjoys solving technical problems and wants to take the next step into a more customer-facing role.
