This organisation manages major general aviation and recreational airports, providing essential services and fostering commercial opportunities in a thriving environment. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in senior property management, with a focus on tenancy management, compliance, and optimising property assets within a complex, multi-stakeholder setting. As Senior Property Manager, you will oversee all aspects of property management, including tenant relationships, lease administration, compliance, and financial performance. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the effective operation and growth of the property portfolio, supporting both aviation and commercial activities. Your role will involve implementing business optimisation strategies, managing lease renewals, and ensuring compliance with WHS and statutory requirements. You will be a key contact for tenants, providing high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently.
