About the Opportunities: Our clients include major property groups, commercial landlords, REITs, and retail assets across Sydney. Assignments range from short-term coverage through to longer contracts, supporting day-to-day facilities operations and asset management functions. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operation, maintenance and presentation of retail or commercial assets • Coordinate contractors, service providers and scheduled maintenance • Manage repairs, breakdowns and incident response • Ensure compliance with WHS, risk management and building regulations • Liaise with tenants, stakeholders and onsite management teams • Support budgeting, reporting and administration as required What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience as a Facilities Manager in retail or commercial property • Strong contractor/vendor management skills • Solid understanding of WHS, compliance and building operations • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Able to hit the ground running in fast-paced environments • Immediately available or available at short notice Why Temp?
