$55PH - $60 Super 10 Week Initial Contract Western Sydney Location About the Role: Our client is one of the largest Property companies in Australia who are looking for a Facilities Manager to look after a mixed portfolio. This is a great opportunity to work for a household name and would suit someone looking for an immediate start. Responsibilities: Manage the planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across the property portfolio. Lead the basebuilding FM across both Hard & Soft services. Act as the point of contact for the client and tenants responding to any queries or issues. Manage contractors and organise repairs Ensure WHS and customer satisfaction is carried out to the highest level. Requirements: Must have previous experience in Commercial or Retail Facilities Management Must have strong communication and stakeholder management ability. Must be proficient with computer systems, able to manage work orders, PO’s and invoices.
