About the role Our Financial Services team cater to a broad range of clients, assessing their financial health and selecting the right products and investments to structure a financial plan that suits their individual goals and life-stage. Providing support to the Financial Services Partners and Advisers, the Client Services Officer will be responsible for: Preparing necessary research and investment data to communicate to clients on their ongoing portfolio management objectives; Managing and documenting the ongoing client service process for each financial advisor; Processing client application and redemption transactions; Maintaining regular contact with clients, developing and maintaining good relationships and fostering client excellence; and General administrative duties This is a full time, in-house position with the opportunity to shift to a hybrid working environment as part of our flexible working policy. About you: To be considered for this role you must: have completed a degree in Finance or Financial Planning; have at least one years' experience in client service (financial planning) at a minimum, have basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite; have experience using BT Wrap, Macquarie Wrap, Netwealth and Xplan (desirable); and have excellent attention to detail. In addition, you will: be an enthusiastic team player; be driven to provide a high level of service delivery and client care; exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbally and written; and be proactive and solution oriented, with pride in their own work.
