The Role: We are looking for an experienced Business Services Manager who enjoys working closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor and helping businesses navigate everything from compliance requirements through to strategic growth initiatives. You'll also play an important role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued success and expansion of the division. This role can be based out of their Parramatta or Sydney CBD office. Duties: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from professional services, property and construction, marketing and more! Review and oversee the work of junior accountants, providing coaching, training, and mentorship Deliver proactive tax planning and business advisory services Build strong, long-term client relationships and become a trusted point of contact Identify opportunities to add value and support clients in achieving their commercial goals Participate in networking and business development initiatives (particularly for those aspiring to Partnership) About you: CA or CPA qualified (or overseas equivalent) 5 years' experience within Australian public practice accounting Strong technical knowledge across tax and business advisory services Experience using Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and other cloud-based accounting platforms Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Passionate about client service, mentoring others, and developing your career Culture and Benefits: This is a firm that genuinely invests in its people and promotes based on performance, not tenure.
