Reporting directly to the Global Sales Manager (APAC) and dotted line to the General Manager (AUS), you will help drive the sales growth and new business development across the industrial and commercial market across Australia. Responsibilities The successful candidate will:- Drive market growth as leading supplier of axial & impellers fans in Australia Create new business opportunities to expand market share Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, with accurate forecasting Continue growth of key customer accounts for ongoing revenue and margin Ensure market intelligence including customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity Value-add for improved margins through value-based selling Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams Ensure we are a trusted partner through strong customer relationships and value-driven engagement Your Profile The preferred candidate will:- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering/Mechanical or equivalent experience Relevant industry experience in business development, technical sales, and B2B solution sales Proven track record in new business acquisition and pipeline development Experience selling technical or engineered products/solutions Strong commercial acumen with focus on revenue growth and margin improvement Experience with CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting Ability to translate technical features into customer value Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills A self-driven, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently Experience in the Australian market is required A BDM Commercial Package is on offer, including, Base, Super and Car Allowance and Bonuses A role combining technical solutions and commercial impact Exposure to international projects and global collaboration A dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment A company culture built on trust, flexibility, and continuous development Valid Driver’s License and Passport is essential Business closed for 2 weeks over Xmas Period Location – Melbourne Northern Suburbs Role hybrid, with time on the road visiting clients.
