You will be responsible for building and owning a pipeline of new customers across Melbourne and regional Victoria, selling a clinically relevant product range into residential aged care facilities and healthcare groups. The business brings global scale, a proven product portfolio, and the backing of a global healthcare FTSE 100. You will have the autonomy to build and own your territory from the ground up, with a capable internal team behind you and genuine demand in the market. What You'll Be Doing Identify, target, and win new residential aged care and healthcare customers across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Drive proactive outreach across cold calling, site visits, referral networks, and industry relationships. Develop and execute a territory plan with clear commercial targets and a structured pipeline. Build relationships with the decision-makers who matter: facility managers, procurement leads, DONs, and clinical specialists. Deliver consultative, solution-based presentations and arrange product demonstrations across a capital equipment range including overhead and mobile lifting systems, aged care and hospital beds, pressure care mattresses and overlays, and specialist seating and positioning equipment. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close and handover to the internal team. Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting via CRM. Clinical knowledge is not a prerequisite, but genuine curiosity about how the products help patients and care staff will make you more effective quickly. What We're Looking For Proven track record in a hunter-style B2B sales role, you open doors, build pipelines, and close. Experience selling capital equipment into aged care, hospital, or healthcare environments. Lifting, beds, pressure care, or mobility equipment backgrounds are particularly relevant. Strong understanding of the aged care sector, including facility-level buying processes and the stakeholders involved. Highly self-motivated and structured, you manage your own time and territory without needing close oversight. Resilient and comfortable with a high-activity field role, this is a face-to-face, on-the-road position. Confident communicator who builds trust quickly with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders alike. CRM proficiency and a disciplined approach to pipeline and activity reporting. 5 years of B2B capital sales experience preferred. Full Australian working rights required.
