Senior Project Manager • Brisbane CBD | 5 days onsite for the first 3 weeks, then up to 2 days WFH per week • Competitive daily market rates • Contract until 23 July 2027 potential extension Lime Recruitment is partnering with a large Queensland Government organisation to recruit three Senior Project Managers for a major Human Capital Management System transformation program. This high profile program will replace a large scale legacy HR and payroll environment with a modern SAP SuccessFactors based solution, delivering improved workforce management, payroll, onboarding and recruitment capabilities across one of Queensland's largest workforces. There are three vacancies available across distinct workstreams: SAP SuccessFactors Core HR & Onboarding SAP SuccessFactors Payroll & Time & Attendance SmartRecruiters Recruitment What you'll be doing Lead the delivery of a major HCM transformation workstream from planning through to implementation and transition Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies Drive vendor, system integrator and business stakeholder engagement Manage critical path activities and project governance Support business readiness, service transition and hypercare planning Provide reporting and updates to senior executives and governance forums What we're looking for Senior Project Manager experience delivering large scale HCM, HRIS, Payroll or workforce transformation programs Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, SmartRecruiters or similar enterprise workforce platforms Strong project governance, planning and delivery management capability Experience managing complex enterprise or government programs PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or similar project management certification highly regarded Experience managing vendors, implementation partners and multi stream delivery teams Why apply?
