This is a pivotal role, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-driven environment, enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative and compliance support. Your day-to-day will include: Managing a busy calendar, inbox and meeting schedule Acting as a key point of contact for students, parents and staff Preparing reports, presentations, meeting papers and minutes Coordinating exam processes, academic calendars and key school deadlines Maintaining accurate student data and compliance records Supporting academic events, awards and subject selection processes Using Microsoft Forms to collect, manage and interpret data Liaising across departments and with senior stakeholders Coordinating travel, professional development and expenses This is a role where organisation, attention to detail and communication are critical, particularly within a compliance-driven academic environment. About you You’re an experienced Executive Assistant or senior administrator who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment with clear processes. You will bring: Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a complex admin environment Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail Confident communication skills and ability to engage with a wide stakeholder group A proactive, solutions-focused mindset High levels of discretion and professionalism Experience using Microsoft Forms and working with data An understanding of mandatory reporting and child protection frameworks, with the ability to confidently escalate when required Highly regarded: Experience within education or a regulated environment Exposure to compliance-driven tasks or data management Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Who are we, and what’s next?
