Day in the life: Manage a small portfolio of residential properties with existing strong landlord relationships. Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors regarding inspections, maintenance, and property updates. Conducting routine inspections as required. Assisting with maintenance coordination and compliance requirements Supporting rental arrears management, including arrears follow-ups and documentation. Providing administrative support, reporting, and portfolio coverage as required. Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. What you will bring to the table: At least 12 months’ experience in Leasing, Property Management or even Administration within the Real Estate industry. A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and a valid Driver's License. A genuine desire to build a career in Property Management. Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. A proactive attitude, ability to manage competing priorities.
