Proven supervisory experience in remediation, civil or construction environments. Strong safety mindset & commitment to quality. Excellent communicator with practical problem‑solving skills. Valid driver’s licence and reliable (able to manage vehicles/equipment). About the Role Supervise day‑to‑day field operations across Sydney projects. Oversee asbestos removal and specialised remediation work. Ensure work is completed safely, on time and to spec. Coordinate crews, subcontractors and site activities. Complete daily reporting and compliance documentation. Engage with clients, site stakeholders and project teams professionally.
