Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out, Refurbishment and D&C. The Harrison Barrett Group are collaborating with a reputable fit-out practice based in Sydney. Our client requires an experienced site manager to join the team and help oversee their exciting portfolio of projects valued between $1M-$25M in the fit-out space in Sydney. The Role You will be responsible for the successful delivery of fitout, refurbishment and D&C projects from ideation through to completion and handover. You will oversee all onsite operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all daily site operations Drive programme and subcontractor management to achieve project milestones Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors Maintain exceptional quality control throughout all construction stages Proactively identify and resolve construction and coordination issues Manage site safety, compliance, and reporting Coordinate labour, materials, and specialist trades across the project lifecycle Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders About You Proven experience delivering commercial fitout projects from start to finish Strong technical understanding of construction methodology and sequencing Experience managing projects valued between $1M–$25M Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain positive working relationships Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in Construction or related discipline Passion for delivering high-quality architecturally designed developments What's On Offer Secure pipeline of upcoming projects Opportunity to work with an established and respected builder Supportive and professional team environment Attractive salary package based on experience Long-term career growth and stability Ready to take the next step in your construction estimating career?
