They are committed to delivering exceptional tenant experiences and strong asset performance across their portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • Manage commercial and retail leasing matters from instruction through to execution • Prepare and coordinate lease documentation, variations, assignments and licences • Maintain lease registers and monitor critical dates, renewals and expiries • Assist with acquisitions, disposals and due diligence activities • Coordinate settlements and liaise with external legal advisers and consultants • Manage legal records, bank guarantees and compliance documentation • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, tenants and external parties The Candidate: • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) • Minimum 5 years' experience in property law, leasing or a property paralegal role • Strong experience with commercial and retail leasing documentation • Background within a property owner, developer, commercial real estate business or property-focused law firm • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously • High attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills If you are looking for an excellent opportunity to join a growing property organisation and utilise your expertise across leasing, transactions and legal administration, hit apply now or contact Tracey Hickel 0415 637 339 or thickel@goughrecruitment.com.au Only candidates with the above experience will be contacted.
