This program will deliver SharePoint Online and Records365 across the organisation while uplifting Information Management maturity and governance practices. The Role You will lead the people side of change across a complex enterprise program, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working. Key responsibilities include: Develop and deliver change strategies and adoption plans Lead business readiness and workforce transition activities Conduct change impact assessments Manage training and communication activities Partner with program leadership and governance groups Support enterprise wide rollout of SharePoint and Records365 Manage risks, issues and dependencies impacting change delivery What We're Looking For Proven experience as a lead Organisational Change Manager Experience delivering enterprise technology transformation programs SharePoint Online implementation or adoption experience Records365, EDRMS, Records Management or Information Management experience Prosci ADKAR or similar change methodology Agile or hybrid project delivery experience Strong governance and executive reporting exposure Queensland Government experience highly regarded Apply now for a confidential discussion.
