Your new roleAs a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of digital initiatives by enabling high-performing Agile teams. Acting as a servant leader, you will champion Agile practices, proactively remove impediments, and cultivate a collaborative, results-driven team culture.Working within cross-functional teams, you will partner closely with DevOps engineers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to deliver continuous value across digital platforms.This role requires an on-site presence in Newcastle three days per week.Please only apply if you are able to meet this requirement, as this is not a remote opportunity.
