The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning & Operations Specialist to join Coal LSL's newly established Scheme Services Operations Team. This newly created role has been designed to improve workforce visibility, operational efficiency, resource planning and service delivery outcomes across the Scheme Services function. Reporting to the Scheme Services Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring workforce capacity aligns with service demand through effective forecasting, scheduling, reporting and resource allocation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate workforce planning and scheduling activities Monitor workforce and operational metrics to identify trends and risks Develop reporting and insights on workforce utilisation and operational performance Support workforce forecasting and resource allocation activities Identify opportunities to improve workforce management and telephony systems Support business continuity planning through effective workforce management Provide analytical insights that support continuous improvement The Successful Candidate Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, rostering or resource management Strong analytical and reporting capability Experience within contact centres or complex workforce environments will be highly regarded Exposure to workforce management and telephony platforms such as Genesys is advantageous Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Relevant qualifications in business, operations, analytics or a related discipline Why Join Coal LSL Coal LSL offers meaningful, purpose driven work within a supportive and inclusive culture built on trust, openness, respect, care and honesty.
