We are partnering with a highly regarded Australian-owned infrastructure business to recruit an Executive Assistant. Supporting the General Manager as your primary stakeholder, while providing broader support across the Executive Leadership Team, this is a highly visible role that blends executive support, stakeholder coordination, event management and business operations. As the trusted right-hand to a highly respected General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in keeping priorities organised, initiatives on track and the leadership team operating effectively. The Role Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will provide high-level support while working closely with senior leaders across the business. This role would suit an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys ownership, autonomy and being the person that keeps everything moving behind the scenes. What You'll Be Doing Providing proactive Executive Assistant support to a highly respected General Manager Managing complex diaries, meetings, travel and executive commitments Preparing presentations, reports, agendas, minutes and executive correspondence Coordinating Executive Leadership Team meetings and tracking actions Organising corporate events, leadership conferences, training programs and team functions Managing travel logistics, accommodation, transfers and event planning Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Maintaining confidentiality across sensitive business matters About You You will be someone who: Has previous experience supporting senior executives, directors or leadership teams Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys juggling multiple prioritieS Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Naturally anticipates needs and is always thinking several steps ahead Has strong stakeholder management skills and can confidently work with senior leaders Remains calm under pressure and finds solutions when plans change Enjoys coordinating events, travel and logistics and takes pride in getting the details right Is professional, discreet and trusted with confidential information Why This Role?
