This is a fast-paced administrative role supporting operational teams through inbox management, customer and stakeholder communications, data entry, record management, and general administrative support. The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and capable of managing competing priorities in a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and allocate correspondence from shared email inboxes. Update and maintain customer, stakeholder, and service provider records. Respond to administrative enquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting papers, agendas, and minutes. Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic records and filing systems. Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating administrative activities. Provide general administrative support to operational teams. Support project-related activities, research tasks, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and service standards. About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong data entry and record management skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience managing shared inboxes and handling high volumes of correspondence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills and the ability to deal professionally with a range of stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment. High levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Desirable Experience Previous experience working within NSW Government or a large public sector organisation.
