Role Overview As a Membership Sales Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind new membership growth, engaging prospective members through face-to-face and telephone conversations and guiding them toward joining the club. This role suits someone self-motivated and energetic, with a flexible approach to the working week and plenty of drive to succeed. No extensive sales experience is required, as full on-the-job training will be provided to develop your skills in having assertive, persuasive conversations. You'll be part of a high-energy team that aims to provide an enjoyable, fun and progressive culture. Your ability to adapt your style, build rapport, and remain professional at all times will be key. You'll also conduct tours of the facilities and contribute to a team that supports each other in achieving and exceeding goals. Responsibilities Engage and build relationships with prospective members via phone and face-to-face conversations Conduct tours of the club's 5-star facilities, showcasing the member experience Use compelling, professional communication to educate and influence prospects throughout the sales cycle Manage and work towards personal sales targets and proactively follow up on leads Provide exceptional customer service to all prospective and current members Participate in induction and ongoing training, including experiencing club programs first-hand Work in a spectacular club environment that attracts strong interest from prospective members, within an organisation with a team-oriented culture. While previous experience in phone or face-to-face sales is desirable, it's not essential-what matters most is your drive, determination and willingness to learn. You understand the concept of selling and the sales cycle, with confident and effective communication skills. You're proactive in achieving personal targets, thrive on exceeding goals, and bring a fun, can-do attitude that enjoys a high energy work environment.
