The Role: As a Manager within a close-knit, high-performing Business Advisory team, you'll play a pivotal role in both client delivery and team leadership. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, provide strategic advice, mentor junior staff, and build trusted relationships that drive long-term success for both your clients and the firm. Duties: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across industries including agribusiness, professional sport, not-for-profits, technology, hospitality, and consumer products Review and oversee the work of junior team members, providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance Deliver proactive tax planning, business advisory, and strategic consulting services Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser and key point of contact Identify opportunities to add value, helping clients achieve their commercial and financial objectives Support the continued growth and development of the team through leadership and collaboration About you: CA or CPA qualified (or overseas equivalent) 6 years' experience within Australian public practice accounting Strong technical expertise across taxation, business advisory, and compliance services Experience using cloud-based accounting platforms such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills A genuine passion for client service, mentoring others, and progressing your career into senior leadership Culture and Benefits: This is a firm that genuinely invests in its people and provides a clear pathway for career progression.
