Robert Plumb Landscape South specialises in the design, construction, and ongoing care of premium outdoor spaces across the Southern Highlands. Our team works collaboratively to deliver thoughtful, high-end residential landscapes that balance creativity, practicality and quality craftsmanship. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Landscape Designer to join our team on a casual basis (approximately 20 hours per week). This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their design career looking to further develop their skills within a collaborative and supportive environment. About the role Assist in developing landscape design concepts and presentations Support the preparation of design documentation and client presentation material Source and select appropriate imagery, materials and visual references for presentations Work closely with the Director and the wider team to collaboratively develop design outcomes Learn and adapt quickly to new design software and systems Assist with plant selection and contribute horticultural knowledge to design solutions Support project coordination and general studio tasks as required About you Qualification or current study in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture or related field Strong interest in residential landscape design Basic horticultural and plant knowledge preferred Good visual presentation skills and attention to detail Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Positive attitude with a willingness to collaborate and take direction Strong communication and organisational skills What we offer Opportunity to work on premium residential landscape projects Supportive and collaborative team environment Hands-on mentoring and career development opportunities Exposure to all stages of the design process Flexible casual arrangement (approximately 20 hours per week) To apply for this role, applicants must have Australian working rights.
