Projects in hand include industrial facilities, aged care developments, hotels, commercial offices and luxury residential projects, ranging in value from $30M to $80M. Work alongside loyal subcontractors who are well known to the business, trusted partners and paid on time. The Position Assist in the delivery of a $40M bespoke commercial/industrial new-build project based near Botany. Work closely with the project team to ensure key project milestones are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and programme delivery. Receive support from an experienced Project Manager, Contracts Administrator and Foreman. Work with loyal subcontractors who are well known to the business, trusted partners and paid on time. Working hours will align with industry standards, meaning some Saturday work will be required from time to time. This role might appeal to a tier one Foreman or Site Manager that has had enough of the politics however wants to work with good people on well run projects Background / Experience Trade background with a tertiary qualification in Building or Construction highly regarded. Demonstrated ability to independently deliver projects valued in excess of $20M Experience with tier one is highly desirable Proven experience working across new-build construction projects. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively manage personnel and contribute within a collaborative team environment. Strong technical, planning and programming skills. Extensive knowledge of logistics planning for commercial and industrial construction projects. Sound safety management and company systems experience. Valid driver's licence. Salary Salary will be commensurate with experience; however, a package in the range of $250K–$270K super can be expected.
